It can be equally as daunting to be stuck in a destructive pattern from the past that is stopping you from moving forward. Or you might just feel like you have reached a standstill in life.
Realising that you need some support is the first step and doing something about it can often be the hardest part. Seeking the right kind of support is important, as is finding the right therapist.
I offer an open, non-judgemental, honest and confidential space to talk about whatever is coming up.
I have worked with clients on a range of issues such as eating disorders, bereavement and loss, sexuality and gender, relationships, existential issues, anxiety, phobias, depression and career crises.
I am an LGBTQI+ affirming therapist and have a specialist interest in working with men and body-orientated therapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP ethical framework. I am based in Bristol.
